Mentorship Programme
One of the many career support options we offer is the mentorship programme. We provide guidance and tools to help Inventors connect with more experienced colleagues in order to accelerate their professional development and help them build their internal network.
Internal Training
We provide many opportunities for additional internal training each year. Topics range from Public Speaking Skills to Front-End Development Training, giving you a wide range of topics that can help you further in your career.
These trainings often take the form of full-day workshops hosted in our dedicated community location called The Workshop Space. Here, Inventors come together to teach and learn from each other, so that we can grow the talent from within.
Competitive Events
Every year, we host competitive social events (hackathons, designathons, datathons, and more) centred around designing or building innovative projects in a limited amount of time. These fun competitions allow Inventors to network with colleagues from other departments, explore ideas that they’re excited about, and showcase their creativity and skills.
Conferences
Every year, we send a number of Inventors to receive specialised external training in the form of conferences or intensive classes.
These external events help us to keep in touch with current trends and innovations, and Inventors can benefit from the continual learning process and networking with industry experts.
